Return Window
Items may be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be:

• In original condition
• Free from stains, odors, makeup, or damage
• Returned with original tags attached, if applicable

Store Credit Only
Approved returns will receive store credit only. No refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Accessories or limited edition items
• Items marked final sale

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Shipping Costs
